You may cancel at any time after we complete your first three pre paid monthly cleanings. If you choose to cancel your service prior to the completion of the first 3 cleanings, please understand, you will not be refunded for the cleanings that remain.
Yes, for every new client that signs up for a subscription service and adds your name as the referral, we will give you 50% off your next monthly billing cycle. On the new subscription sign up page will be a place for the client to add your name as the referral.
Bins must be free of trash with the exception of small pieces of trash stuck to the bottom of the bin. If there is un-bagged animal or human waste, we will not be able to clean your bins due to contamination of the equipment and health hazard to our technicians. Bins must be free of cooking and motor oils. Bins must be free of paint, chemicals, cat litter, or hazardous waste. Although we’d love nothing more than to clean your bins, we prioritize the wellbeing of our employees and equipment.

We have multiple methods to sign up for service. The most efficient method would be to sign up through the website portal. You can also call and provide the necessary information and we can sign you up. You can also utilize text messaging as a method to sign up for our services. Last, if all else fails, just leave us a message and we will be happy to call you back and get everything set up and ready to provide you service.
You will receive a text message the night before we provide service to let you know that we will be out and to leave your bin(s) in an easily accessible location for us to clean. We will return bins to this location after cleaning and you will receive a text letting you we we're done.
If you are out of town, on vacation or there is another reason preventing you from having your trash cans available for us to clean, please give us as much notice as possible to allow us to reschedule.
If we have no notice, and your trash bin(s) are not available for cleaning on the pre-notified service day, you will still be charged for that month’s trash bin cleaning service. We will try everything in our power to accommodate your needs if possible.
If you don’t leave your trash bin out on your service day, after we have sent prior notification, we don’t usually arrange for a revisit. In some cases where our scheduling and route allows, we may try to reschedule one more time for that month’s cleaning.
This is at our discretion.
If you are out of town, or planning to be out of town – we ask that you contact us with as much notice as possible so we can make the necessary changes to accommodate this.
We try to get you on our trash bin cleaning schedule as soon as possible after signup. Sometimes it can take up to 1 week for us to get you on schedule due to the logistics of cleaning trash bins behind so many different city and municipal solid waste pickup routes!
We offer Monthly, Bi-monthly, Quarterly, Annually, or you can sign up for our one-time/as-needed.
One-time service is billed at time of sign up.
Monthly - First three cycles are paid at sign up and then billed the first of the month after that.
Bi-monthly - First two cycles are paid at sign up and then billed the first of the month every two months.
Quarterly - First quarter is paid at sign up then billed the first of the month every quarter.
Annually - The year is paid in full at the time of sign up.
Once we are done cleaning your trash bin, you will receive an automated text message from us and your account will be updated with the date of cleaning.
If we are unable or miss your trash can cleaning service due to a fault at our end, you will be credited for the next service.
This does not apply to situations where, after notification, your trash bins were not available for us to clean on your service day.
As much as we would love to wave a magic wand and make every trash bin look brand, spanking new after we have cleaned it… often, it is just not possible.
With years of grabbing, tipping and scraping, the plastic can be worn and scratched – beyond what any kind of cleaning can fix. Also, many cans have had harsh chemicals, solvents, paints, construction adhesives and various incarnations of grease, foods, animal waste and household items disposed of in them.
Sometimes, there may still be staining or marks on the trash bin surface following our trash bin cleaning. This is staining that can’t be removed using conventional cleaning methods – but rest assured our high temperature, high pressure cleaning system will clean and sanitize you trash bin interior.
Same-day service is unfortunately not available. Our routes are optimized to provide top-quality services for all of our clients and therefore cannot deviate from our routes for same-day cleanings.
Our service is dependent on pickup times set by your local waste management companies. If they are not operating on holidays, then your trash bins will not be emptied and therefore we will not be able to service your location. We will adjust our schedules to account for such changes.
Local waste management companies have multiple pick-up times for different services. For example, garbage might be picked up in the morning while recycling isn’t picked up until the late afternoon. To avoid having conflicting issues, we schedule your cleaning for the day after to ensure that all of your bins will be empty for our service.
