Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the trash can cleaning services (“Services”) provided by ProWave Bin Cleaning (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service (“Terms of Service”). If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must not use our Services.


Service Description

ProWave Bin Cleaning offers Trash Can Cleaning Services on a Bi-monthly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually or One-Time Basis (“Service Frequency”). We strive to provide our Services to the highest standards and within our routing and truck availability. Customers who sign up for Recurring Services must designate the specific trash can(s) to be cleaned at the time of sign-up. 


Cancellations


Monthly

First 3 cleanings are paid for at sign up. Billed monthly after that. No Cancellation Fee after the first 3 Cleanings.


Bi-Monthly & Quarterly 

First 2 cleanings are paid for at sign up. Billed per cycle after that. No Cancellation Fee after the first 2 Cleanings.


Service Commitment


The Monthly Service requires a minimum commitment of 3 cleanings. 


The Bi-Monthly & Quarterly Service requires a minimum commitment of 2 cleanings. 


Services may be cancelled at any time after your pre paid cleanings have been completed. 


Billing and Payment


One-time service is billed at time of sign up.

Monthly - First three cycles are paid at sign up and then billed the first of the month after that.

Bi-monthly - First two cycles are paid at sign up and then billed the first of the month every two months.

Quarterly - First quarter is paid at sign up then billed the first of the month every quarter.

Annually - The year is paid in full at the time of sign up.


It is imperative to have a valid and active payment method on file for service continuation. Services will be withheld until payment is confirmed. We accept payments exclusively via credit or debit cards. Customers can update their payment information at any time by contacting our customer service team.


Scheduling and Notifications

Service scheduling is subject to our routing logistics and the trash collection schedule provided by the Customer at sign-up. Accurate scheduling information from the Customer is crucial to prevent additional charges or scheduling errors. We send an SMS notification as a reminder the day before the scheduled Service. Failure to make the trash can(s) available for cleaning after our SMS reminder may result in the Service being non-refundable, non-creditable, and not rescheduled, at our discretion.


Cancellation and Billing Continuation

For the cancellation of services to take effect, notification must be received prior to the next billing date. All recurring services will continue to be billed and provided until cancellation is explicitly requested and confirmed. Cancellation requests can be made via email support@prowavebincleaning.com or by calling 321-576-2487.


Dispute Resolution and Chargeback Policy

We encourage customers to contact our customer service team to address any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with their card provider. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, the customer acknowledges their responsibility to settle disputes by contacting us directly and agrees that initiating a chargeback is a last resort that should be used only when direct resolution efforts have been unsuccessful. Chargebacks filed without following this procedure or filed in an attempt to circumvent our cancellation policy may be contested by us.


Acceptance of Charges

By agreeing to these Terms of Service and using our services, the customer authorizes ProWave Bin Cleaning to charge the payment method on file for any agreed-upon service frequency and associated fees, including charges due upon cancellation before the end of a committed service period.
