Access to your bins
We use a truck and trailer set up. We cannot back out of a driveway into traffic. It's just not safe for our driver. We must be able to pull up off the main roadway to service your bins and either turn around or leave directly.
Refusal of Service
Prowave Bin Cleaning reserves the right to deny service to anyone who we deem not accessable.
First Time Subscriptions
First time subscribers to our services will be quoted and invoiced for the first cleaning based on the subscriptions below and then billed by cycle until subscription is ended. (NOTE): No scheduling for service will be made until invoice is paid.
Monthly Subscriptions
First time subscribers to our monthly service will be charged for the first cleaning (quoted and invoiced) at the time of sign up and then billed monthly after until subscription is ended.
Bi-Monthly Subscriptions
First time subscribers to our Bi-monthly service will be charged for the first cleaning (quoted and invoiced) at the time of sign up and then billed Bi-monthly after until subscription is ended.
Quarterly Subscriptions
First time subscribers to our quarterly service will be charged for the first cleaning (quoted and invoiced) at the time of sign up and then billed quarterly after until subscription is ended.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscribers to our annual service will be charged for the entire year (12 monthly cleanings) (quoted and invoiced) at the time of sign up ($270).
Annual Subscriptions (Bi-Monthly)
Annual subscribers to our annual service will be charged for the entire year (6 bi- monthly cleanings) (quoted and invoiced) at the time of sign up ($153).
